Marine&offshore water cooled Condensing Unit
Captain Air compact-designed Marine Condensing Unit is featured by convenience for operation & maintenance, and reliable performance. The full protection of units avoid the breakdown when works at extreme ambient conditions. All Components and fittings assembled in units result in the lowest installation labor and work on site.
● Cooling Capacity Range: 50 kW ~ 510 kW
● Designed for a variety of HFC refrigerant, R404A as standard, R407C, R417C, R134A as option
● Liquid separator with heater exchanger, oil separator, filter drier, capacity regulation and junction box as standard
● Electrical control as standard, PLC is available as option
Compressor
The application of reciprocating compressors originally from Bock, Sabroe, Bitzer, Carrier, the standard model is based on German Bock compressors, has won reliability and reputation for Sindex’s condensing units.
● Open/semi-hermetic type reciprocating compressors
● Other compressors in the condensing units are available upon request
● Direct coupling and belt drive are available upon request
● Full automatic capacity regulation fitted in the standard models
Condenser
Seawater cooled/fresh water cooled horizontal shell & tube types are available. Refrigerant in shell is condensed by seawater/freshwater in the tube. The cooling water tube is made of copper for fresh water while that is made of CuNi (90/10) for seawater for anti-corrosion. End cover for Sindex seawater cooled condenser is made of bronze. Casing for Sindex air cooled condenser is made of SS316 as standard. Cu tube/Cu fin coil for air cooled condensing unit is designed for marine application as standard. Epoxy coated tube/fin coil available as option.
